Blum to head customer operations at Misys

Misys Healthcare Systems has appointed Kathy Blum to vice president of Customer Operations as part of the company’s Hospital Systems executive management team. Blum’s new role includes overseeing the company’s relationship with its customers in acute care settings.

Blum most recently served as president and CEO of TriVirix International, a North Carolina-based manufacturing and engineering company servicing the medical device market, where she grew the company by over 8,000 percent and increased quality performance by more than 200 percent.
