SonoSites iPhone app now includes musculoskeletal specialties

Hand-carried ultrasound developer SonoSite has expanded its SonoAccess iPhone application to accommodate musculoskeletal specialties.

The Spokane, Wash.-based company said the application can now be used by rheumatologists, orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists and sports medicine physicians in providing point-of-care medicine to their patients.

SonoAcess now contains an image gallery and scanning technique videos with case studies that are designed for musculoskeletal physicians.
