Former GE exec joins IMRIS as sales VP

IMRIS, a surgical imaging company, has appointed Don Rice as vice president, responsible for sales in the U.S. market.

Rice has joined IMRIS after spending 23 years with GE Healthcare, where he led sales efforts focused primarily on medical imaging equipment, the Winnipeg, Manitoba-based company said.

IMRIS said it now has expanded to open offices in China, Australia, India and Europe.
