Wright becomes CFO of Ultrasonix

Ultrasonix Medical, a developer and manufacturer of diagnostic ultrasound imaging systems, has hired Don Wright as chief financial officer (CFO).

Most recently, Wright was director of finance for Pacific Newspaper Group, publisher of the Vancouver Sun and Province. Prior to that, Wright was vice president of business operations for Global Television Western Operations, according to the Richmond, British Columbia-based company.
