Intelerad nets Virginia PACS deal

PACS developer Intelerad Medical Systems has signed an IntelePACS agreement with Progressive Radiology of Northern Virginia, which provides radiology services to imaging centers across the United States.

Montreal-based Intelerad said its IntelePACS employs load balancing and compression technologies to studies for radiologists spread over multiple locations.

Currently, Progressive Radiology’s nineteen board-certified and subspecialty-trained radiologists provide interpretations for their clients, with a focus on musculoskeletal imaging, neuroimaging and body imaging.
