Acacia subsidiary licenses PACS technology to Infinitt

Hospital Systems Corporation, a subsidiary of Acacia Research, has entered into a license agreement with Infinitt North America, covering a portfolio of patents that apply to medical PACS technology.

The agreement resolves the parties’ dispute that was pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, according to the company.
