Misys' clinical technologies wins multiple installations

Misys Healthcare Systems' clinical technologies will be rolled out at 17 medical practices.

Seven of the practices were new to Misys and selected the company's integrated practice management and electronic medical records (EMR) system - Misys Tiger and Misys EMR. The 10 remaining healthcare organizations currently are Misys customers that added Misys EMR to their existing system.

New clients include: Cape Heart Group (Merritt Island, Fla.); Davila Pediatrics PC (Decatur, Ala.); Independence Pain Associates (Jenkintown, Pa.); Methodist Healthcare Minor Medical Centers (Memphis, Tenn.); Neuroscience Consultants (Miami, Fla.); South Denver Obstetrics & Gynecology PC (Littleton, Colo.); Southeast Wyoming Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic (Cheyenne).

Clients adding Misys EMR to their systems include: Augusta Orthopaedic Surgery (Staunton, Va.); Glasgow Pediatrics (Glasgow, Ky.); James A. Stoever PC (Savannah, Ga.); Joliet Doctors Clinic (Joliet, Ill.); Kentwood Family Physicians PC (Grand Rapids, Mich.); Lyerly Neurosurgical Group PA (Jacksonville, Fla.); Mandel B.
