4 guidelines for transitioning from peer review to peer learning

More radiology and imaging facilities are turning to peer learning to educate the next generation of imaging experts as part of a more collaborative, continuous learning model. Experts say peer learning creates a constructive learning environment for examining at errors as opposed to peer review which can often leave colleagues feeling shameful, according to Radiology Business.

An article published in the American Journal of Roentgenology highlights best practices for organizations making the transition from peer review to peer learning.
