Montana hospital chooses Perceptive Software

Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell, Mont., will deploy Perceptive Software’s ImageNow for scanning 12-lead EKG tracings.

The Shawnee, Kan.-based Perceptive said its ImageNow will integrate with MEDITECH, Kalispell Regional Medical Center’s main HCIS system, and enterprise document system MedHost to deliver medical images into the patient’s record for a view of patient information, improved customer service and satisfaction with patient encounters.

Kalispell, a 149-bed facility, also plans to automate its admissions process with ImageNow, allowing employees to import an entire patient’s admissions packet, allowing the collection of required patient documents such as insurance cards, driver’s license, patient history, consent forms and referral forms, Perceptive said.
