Ohio hospital deploys Medseek enterprise-wide portals

Marion General Hospital (MGH) in Marion, Ohio, has selected Medseek to develop and implement enterprise-wide physician, patient, consumer and employee portals over the next two years.

To that end, MGH will implement four portals: Clinical Portal, Consumer Portal, Patient Portal and Employee Portal.

The interoperable portals will enable MGH to streamline physicians’, employees’, patients’ and consumers’ access to data; share data among portals; accelerate clinical and administrative efficiencies across its enterprise; and strengthen ties with key constituents.

MGH is a non-profit hospital that includes a cardiac cath lab; an emergency department; an 18-bed medical unit; an intensive care unit; and operating rooms.
