Siemens notches Soarian installs

Siemens Helthcare reported that Ingalls Health System and St. Peter’s Hospital have successfully launched the firm's Soarian Clinicals healthcare information system (HIS) in their facilities.

Ingalls Health System is a Chicago-based healthcare provider comprised of a 563-bed hospital and five outpatient centers, according to the Malvern, Pa.-based Siemens.

St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, N.Y., is a 437-bed facility that is one of the region's largest healthcare providers with more than 4,500 employees and 600 physicians. According to Siemens, the hospital also has upcoming plans to install Soarian CPOE and Soarian Enterprise Document Management.
