Texas endoscopy center chooses ProVation software

Fort Worth Endoscopy Center in Texas (FEWC) has selected ProVation Medical’s ProVation MD software for procedure documentation and coding, as well as its ProVation EHR and patient charting solution.

According to ProVation--which is part of Wolters Kluwer Health--ProVation EHR is designed for ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) and offers an electronic patient-centric documentation system including document imaging from past records to procedure documentation to follow-up care. ProVation software produces coding-ready and image-enhanced procedure notes, added Wolters Kluwer Health.

FWEC is an ASC designed primarily for outpatient gastrointestinal endoscopy procedures. According to FEWC, since opening in 1994, it has maintained accreditation by either the Joint Commission or the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
