Sofie, OsiriX unveil open-source translational image analysis software

Sofie Biosciences, a molecular imaging company, has partnered with the image analysis software group, the OsiriX Foundation to allow researchers and clinicians to review preclinical and clinical image data on one comprehensive analysis platform across multiple modalities.

Recently, Sofie Biosciences introduced GENISYS, a small animal PET system. With the integration of GENISYS and OsiriX, researchers and clinicians now have a valuable translational image analysis tool, said the Culver city, Calif.-based Sofie Biosciences.
