Greenway acquiring CySolutions

Greenway Medical Technologies, a health IT company, is acquiring technology assets of CySolutions, a Southlake, Texas-based developer of integrated IT for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs).

In addition, Carrollton, Ga.-based Greenway will expand its development team through the retention of skilled staff members with knowledge of these and other complex healthcare delivery and reporting needs.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close by Oct. 31.
