Intelerad Introduces Imaging Connectivity Suite at RANZCR 2019

Montreal, Canada & Melbourne, Australia – October 3, 2019 – Hospitals with one or more legacy PACS and RIS solutions can now overcome interoperability challenges and limitations with a new suite of solutions from Intelerad Medical Systems™, a leader in enterprise workflow and medical imaging solutions. Intelerad’s Imaging Connectivity Suite™ will enhance legacy systems to deliver modern workflows that provide highly secure and rapid access to medical images and diagnostic results.

Available now to customers in Australia and New Zealand, the Imaging Connectivity Suite is customisable to meet a hospital’s specific needs. Scalable and secure, the suite supports enhanced clinical care by connecting internal and external clinicians and referrers – and even patients – across hospital wards, sites and regions.

Three primary components comprise the new Intelerad Connectivity Suite:

  • InteleConnect™ EV provides an optimised, high-performance viewing experience for all hospital staff and external referrers via intuitive, web-based access to images and reports.
  • InteleViewer® provides comprehensive viewing, diagnostic and reporting capabilities – including subspecialty workflows – to all reporting radiologists, in all departments and locations.
  • nuage™ Patient Portal is dedicated to hospitals wanting to offer patients anytime, anywhere access to their images and reports through an intuitive, cloud-based patient portal.

“Intelerad is excited to provide a flexible and affordable solution to hospitals that are not ready to invest in a costly replacement of legacy systems,” said Christian Bazinet, Chief  Operations Officer for Intelerad. “Our new Imaging Connectivity Suite offers health service providers in Australia and New Zealand a state-of-the-art, lightweight solution to increase clinical connectivity, extend diagnostic capability, and support new patient engagement and other initiatives.”
