Agfa, Quantum sign letter of internet for VAR agreement

Agfa's HealthCare business group announced today that Quantum Medical Imaging of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., has signed a letter of intent with Agfa, establishing Quantum as a value added reseller of exclusively Agfa products, systems, solutions and services in the United States. Once finalized, the agreement will allow Quantum to provide digital and analog imaging solutions to its complete dealer distribution channel and meet the needs of its customers.

The three-year, renewable agreement also will include the possible development of entirely new product packages combining complementary Agfa and Quantum technological solutions.
