Medicsight promotes Boyse to COO

Medicsight PLC last week announced the promotion of Adam Boyse, former product delivery director to the position of chief operating officer. Boyse now reports to Tim Paterson-Brown, Medicsight CEO. In his position, Boyse will drive operational activities in addition to the continued direction of the company's product development team and product pipeline.

Boyse joined Medicsight in May after nearly 15 years in the software development sector. Recently, he served as vice president of software development at IDBS, a market-leading life sciences software company, where he oversaw the growth of the development group and steered the company to ISO 9001 and TickIT certification.

Since joining Medicsight, Boyse has assumed responsibilities for regulatory strategy and has led development of the company's new product pipeline, allowing the products to be integrated into 3D workstations and PACS.
