Evolved sees a loss in first nine months of year, though narrowing

Québec, Canada-based Evolved Digital Systems Inc. has announced its results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2005 showing some declines from last year. For the third quarter revenues were $3.2 million, down 7.2 percent compared to revenues of $3.5 million for the third quarter 2004. Revenues for the first nine months were $10.4 million, as compared to revenues of $10.6 million for period in 2004, a decline of just over 2 percent.
   
The company's net loss for the third quarter 2005 was $1.3 million versus a net loss of $1.1 million for the quarter in 2004. Net loss for the first nine months of the year was $2.8 million compared to $7.5 million for the first nine months of 2004, an improvement.
