Andrea Fiumicelli appointed Agfa HealthCare business group's COO

Agfa's HealthCare business group has appointed Andrea Fiumicelli as its chief operating officer. An Italian national and former general manager of the Life Imaging division of Ferrania Imaging, Fiumicelli brings to Agfa's HealthCare business group vast experience in healthcare and technology organizations in the fields of business management, strategic marketing and professional services. His initial responsibility will be to accelerate the analog to digital transformation of Agfa's HealthCare business, focusing on operational excellence. In this function, he will report to Philippe Houssiau, president of Agfa's HealthCare business group.
