IMPAC promotes Hoey to CEO

IMPAC Medical Systems Inc., a part of Elekta Group, has named James P. Hoey as IMPAC president and CEO. Hoey is one of three original founders of IMPAC, and has worked in developing the company's operation management since 1990, most recently serving as IMPAC's chief operating officer. Specifically, Hoey was instrumental in developing IMPAC's image and data management software for cancer therapy.
