Merge shuffles Board of Directors deck

Merge Technologies recently announced that Abe Schwartz, former CEO of Cedara Software Corp., has stepped down from the company's Board of Directors. On the heels of that news, the company announced that Ram Ramkumar has been appointed to the Board of Directors to fill the vacated seat.  Ramkumar's experience includes service on the Cedara Software Corp. Board of Directors for five years including serving as chair of the Audit Committee.
