Physician Micro Systems EHR to connect multiple sites in South Carolina

Physician Micro Systems Inc. (PMSI), a developer of electronic health records (EHR), practice management, and computerized physician order entry (CPOE) software, has announced that Beaufort-Jasper-Hampton Comprehensive Health Services Inc. (BJHCHS) will be installing the company's Practice Partner Patient Records as its EHR to connect 16 sites.

BJHCHS provided services to the South Carolina Low Country Community and includes family physicians, internists, pediatricians, and OB/GYNs. The organization plans to use Practice Partner Patient Records and Order Entry to connect 20 providers throughout 16 locations. PMSI's Practice Partner Medical Billing will also be used as the organization's practice management system.
