NAI Tech, TomTec form technical support alliance

DICOM network connectivity systems vendor NAI Tech Products of Auburn, Calif. and TomTec Imaging Systems GmbH, a provider of image management, 2D, 3D/4D visualization software for ultrasound applications based in Unterschleissheim, Germany, have inked a strategic technical services agreement.
   
Under the terms of the agreement, NAI will become the U.S. technical support service provider for TomTec.  
   
NAI said it established a toll-free TomTec service hotline, which will be staffed Mon. - Fri., 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST with emergency after hour support as needed.      
   
NAI is expanding its existing technical support center to provide on-site installations, clinical applications, and post installation clinical and technical support services from its Auburn-based call center.  
   
NAI will also provide in warranty and after warranty product support for previously installed TomTec products.
