Merge eFilm, Radiologix expand terms of agreement

Merge eFilm has expanded the terms of its contract with Radiologix Inc. a national provider of diagnostic imaging services.

Concurrent with the agreement, Merge eFilm will implement its Fusion RIS/PACS (radiology information systems, picture archiving and communications) at Radiologix's operations in the San Francisco Bay area.

With the expanded contract, Radiologix will continue to migrate its operations from separate image transfer and information systems to the Fusion RIS/PACS, as it has in its Northeast region, Merge eFilm said.
