Fischer Imaging and CADx gain FDA OK on CAD and mammo products

CADx Systems Inc. and Fisher Imaging Corp. will integrate their integrated computer-aided detection (CAD) and digital mammography systems after receiving FDA clearance. The approval confirms CADx's Second Look Digital CAD system for integration with the Fischer SenoScan TrueView digital mammography system. Fisher Imaging customers can perform CAD on Fischer's latest mammography product with access to CADx's Second Look CAD software.
