GE Medical Systems shows AutoBone software for the Advantage workstation
GE Medical Systems has introduced a new software program, AutoBone, for the removal of bone structure from diagnostic images.
The absence of the high-density barriers is designed to reveal blood vessels that are otherwise hidden in traditional imaging views. The technique is designed to optimize surgical pathways with more precise information to allow for less-invasive clinical procedures and increased diagnostic confidence.
AutoBone software also provides automated bone removal imaging from CT angiography (CTA) studies for the abdomen and lower extremities.
