Trestle Holdings, Bostwick Laboratories align on telepathology

Trestle Holdings Inc. will provide its MedMicro telepathology technology to Bostwick Laboratories under a new working agreement.

Bostwick, based in Richmond, Va., specializes in the diagnosis of cancer in urologic organs, with a focus on prostate cancer. Trestle develops and markets digital imaging and telemedicine applications for the life science markets.

Trestle's MedMicro product will connect Bostwick's lab microscopes to the Internet, allowing healthcare providers to interactively view and navigate slides from any similarly configured location from around the world.
