IMV buys AuntMinnie.com

Research and consulting firm IMV Ltd. has acquired the AuntMinnie.com business from Eastman Kodak Company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
   
AuntMinnie.com operates an internet site for radiologists and related professionals in the medical imaging industry. According to Dan Kerpelman, president of Kodak's Health Imaging Group, Kodak divested AuntMinnie.com since the news and information website wasn't part of the company's core strategy. AuntMinnie.com became part of Kodak in 2000 through a broader acquisition of Lumisys and its imaging products.
