Eclipsys completes acquisition of eSys

Eclipsys Corp. this week said it has completed the acquisition of eSys Medical Systems Inc., a radiology information system (RIS) company headquartered in Montreal, Canada.

On Nov. 10th, Eclipsys announced its intent to acquire eSys Medical to broaden Eclipsys' diagnostic imaging technologies and extend its clinical workflow systems in radiology.
