Stentor, IDX renew technology partnership

For another decade, IDX Systems Corp. and Stentor Inc. will continue to further develop and distribute a unified PACS platform for the radiology community.

The two companies this week announced the renewal of their technology partnership for the delivery of integrated PACS until 2015.

Since November 2000, when the partnership began, IDX's Imagecast PACS and Stentor's iSite PACS have been developed with IDX's workflow technology and Stentor's imaging technology. Both systems have been deployed at hospitals, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks and imaging centers across North America.
