Quantum releases new digital x-ray systems and touch screen control
Quantum Medical Imaging this week launched the Q-Rad-Digital series of digital imaging systems which includes three different imaging system configurations and a multi-color touch screen control.
Q-Rad-D offers traditional two-receptor system configuration, with a direct digital imaging panel located in both the elevating table and wall stand, Quantum said.
Q-Rad-IQ is a dual digital receptor system suited for ER and trauma situations. The system has a direct digital imaging receptor located in the elevating table and a second digital imaging receptor located within a tilting and rotating wall stand, positioned on a horizontal track system behind the table, Quantum said.
Q-Rad-SQ offers an affordable single digital receptor configuration suitable for a full range of radiographic exams. The direct digital imaging receptor is located within a tilting and rotating wall-stand and a mobile elevating float-top table, which accommodates patient weight capacity up to 700 pounds.
Quantum's new TechVision touch screen is for use on any of its Q-Rad radiographic systems or QV-800 Universal digital system. The technology gives the technologist table side control of the x-ray generator and the ability to preview images on screen at table side.
