Z.One ultra installed at Montgomery Vascular

Ultrasound system developer Zonare Medical Systems reported that it has installed its z.one ultra system at Montgomery Vascular Surgery. The facility is the first practice in the Alabama to employ the technology, according to the Mountain View, Calif.-based Zonare.

Using ultrasound imaging as well as other modalities, the Montgomery, Ala.-based practice provides vascular care including carotid artery, aneurysms, peripheral vascular and venous disease diagnoses and treatment. It was the first practice to perform successful endovascular aortic aneurysm surgery in Alabama and is accredited by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories, Zonare said.
