Blue Cross of Florida selects e-billing service

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF), a healthcare provider serving approximately 4.1 million members, has chosen Benefitfocus to provide web-based billing services and invoice consolidation for its group operations.

BCBSF’s contract with Benefitfocus will offer e-billing services for its health, life, disability, dental, long-term care and third-party administration product lines.

Benefitfocus of Charleston, S.C., said that its e-billing is designed for insurance carriers and their customers, and features electronic invoicing, reconciliation and bill pay.
