dbMotion extends French regional interoperability platform

Medical information integration application developer dbMotion has been selected to provide an interoperability platform to extend the existing Paris-based Franche-Comté regional health information exchange, which is based on the region’s shared medical record system.
The project was initiated in September.

The firm said it will deploy its dbMotion Solution, an integrated virtual patient record-based on information contained in existing healthcare IT systems such as EMRs, laboratory and imaging systems, hospital management and patient administration systems.

According to the Hod Hasharon, Israel-based dbMotion, it will be supported by two French partners – SQLi and IBM France.
