United Arab Emirates health services choose InfoLogix

The General Authority for Health Services in the United Arab Emirates, in partnership with Itqan, a business systems integrator, has chosen InfoLogix to provide a mobile healthcare technology computing platform in Abu Dhabi.

Under the terms of the agreement, InfoLogix will deliver a healthcare mobility solution encompassing more than 600 mobile point-of-care technology devices to support the implementation of a Cerner healthcare information system across five hospitals, according to the Hatboro, Pa.-based InfoLogix.

InfoLogix also said this implementation represents the first phase in an overall strategy for these hospitals to move from mobility to advanced RFID services.
