Ohio health system chooses Aurora

The Toledo Hospital Breast Care Center in Ohio, in conjunction with Toledo Radiological Associates, has installed Aurora Imaging Technology’s 1.5 Tesla breast MRI system.

The Toledo Hospital is part of the ProMedica Health System in Toledo, Ohio, a healthcare organization with 15,000 employees, 70 corporations and joint ventures, 2,900 physicians and more than 282 sites in Ohio and in southeast Michigan. 

The Aurora system is an FDA-approved breast MRI system, designed for the detection and diagnosis of breast cancer, according to North Andover, Mass.-based Aurora.
