California health network selects eClinicalWorks

Dec. 4—Redwood Community Health Coalition (RCHC) has purchased licenses of eClinicalWorks unified EMRs and practice management solution, along with Patient Portal and eClinicalWorks Electronic Health eXchange for 10 community health centers operating 18 sites of care.

The agreement will create a community EMR to better coordinate patient care, and will provide significant community benefits by improving health outcomes through population management, according to the Westborough, Mass.-based eClinicalWorks.

RCHC is a network of non-profit community health centers that provides access to healthcare services for more than 147,000 individuals in Marin, Napa, Sonoma and Yolo counties of California.
