Carestream nets Virginia ultrasound practice contract

Ultrasound Associates of Alexandria, Va., has purchased Carestream Health’s Kodak Carestream Outpatient Solution, a new turnkey digital imaging and information management package designed for imaging centers.

Carestream said its Outpatient Solution incorporates an integrated Kodak Carestream RIS/PACS with system design and project management services as well as workflow optimization planning. The company also said that its professional services team will perform system design, implementation and project management as well as user training.
