French private hospital deploys Sensitron?s careTrends
Sensitron has implemented its careTrends System at Polyclinique de la Foret in Fontainebleau, France, a private multi-discipline hospital near Paris.
careTrends System, developed for medical/surgical floors, wirelessly communicates vital signs and other data from medical devices at a patient’s bedside. The data can be interfaced to most clinical information systems, according to the San Mateo, Calif.-based Sensitron.
Polyclinique de la Foret is a 130-bed private hospital that specializes in surgery, obstetrics, endoscopy and chemotherapy. It has nine operating theaters and a team of 55 physicians treating 13,000 patients per year.
