Xograph wins digital x-ray installs at London hospital

Barts and The London NHS Trust is installing six new mobile digital x-ray systems (Mobile DaRt) and one new mobile image intensifer (Ziehm Vision R) from Xograph Healthcare.

The Mobile DaRt is a motor driven, mobile Direct-DR unit incorporating Canon's 800-speed CXDI-50C portable, single tile, flat-panel detector. The imaging system is useful for all bedside examinations in departments such as trauma and ICU, according to the Gloucestershire, U.K.-based company.

The Ziehm Vision R C-arm can be used in interventional vascular procedures and plays a vital role in the treatment of vascular disease. Surgeons will now be equipped with clearer images with the company’s Clear View technology, Xograph said.
