AMS nets 19 PACS orders in two months
American Medical Sales (AMS) took orders for 19 PACS sites via its distributor network during May and June of this year.
The Hawthorne, Calif.-based AMS said the orders consisted of products from both AMS' Midas line of mid-sized PACS and its PACS-in-a-Box products designed for private practices and imaging centers. In addition, a number of end-users are upgrading to include some of AMS’ advanced imaging tools, such as the OsteoGram bone density testing software and TraumaCad orthopedic templating software, the company said.
