Bristol-Myers Squibb elects Huet CFO, senior VP

Bristol-Myers Squibb’s board of directors has elected Jean-Marc Huet senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective March 31.

In the role, Huet will be responsible for directing and managing the company's fiscal operations, as well as the global financial operations of the organization and its subsidiaries, according to the New York City-based Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS).

Andrew Bonfield, the current executive vice president and CFO, will remain in that role until Huet's arrival. He will leave the company after a period of transition to seek new career opportunities, the pharmaceutical company said.

Prior to joining BMS, Huet served as CFO at Royal Numico in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Prior to joining Royal Numico, he was an executive director, Investment Banking Services, at Goldman Sachs International in London, according to BMS.
