TriZetto debuts new QicLink version 4.10

The TriZetto Group has released its QicLink Extended Enterprise 4.10 system for licensed benefits administrator customers.

The general-availability release for TriZetto’s hosted and business process outsourcing (BPO) customers occurred in June.

The QicLink platform automates and manages enrollment, customer service, claims adjudication, billing, accounts receivable, re-pricing and payment processes, according to the Newport Beach, Calif.-based company. The platform release uses the Microsoft .NET-connected framework. It is available to benefits administrators on a licensed, hosted or BPO basis.
