AHRQ ups funding limit to $300M for healthcare IT contracts
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has modified the ceiling amount for all multiple task-order contracts, including options, to $300 million instead of the previously stated $75 million, to maintain, serve and support the AHRQ National Resource Center for Health IT.
The agency announced in January that it would seek bids for $50 million in task-order contracts for healthcare IT projects.
Individual ceiling amounts will be established for each base contract awarded on the basis of the anticipated level of work required under each of the following four domain areas:
In addition, the agency said that it has extended the due date for receipt of proposals to Feb. 26. Also, listed in the amended solicitation are responses to questions that have been received as a result of the request for proposals.
