Washington facility selects Compuware EHR service

Providence Health & Services Washington Region, in Renton, Wash., has selected Compuware’s EHR Service Delivery to improve the performance and availability of its clinical applications.

The provider is part of a 27-hospital healthcare system with approximately 7,500 employed clinical staff members. According to the Detroit-based Compuware, EHR Service Delivery captures performance data across various infrastructure tiers using an end-to-end application that monitors end user experience from the clinician perspective.
