German hospital digitalization project to include Barco PACS installation

Medical imaging company Barco has signed a display contract with Mortsel, Belgium-based Agfa HealthCare as part of a German hospital digitalization project, said Barco. The Kortrijk, Belgium-based company said its Coronis Fusion 6MP DL display system, which offers a 30-inch color LCD screen with a 3280 x 2048 resolution, as well as its web-based service for intervention-free quality assurance. was selected by the University Hospital in Bonn, Germany, for installation throughout its radiology department and other prioritized clinical departments.
