RSNA: Vital Images updates Vitrea Enterprise Suite

Vital Images highlighted the new clinical enhancements to its Vitrea Enterprise Suite at the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago last week.

The enhancements include an endovascular stent planning application for the assessment of abdominal aortic aneurysms and thoracic aorta aneurysms, automated bone removal and tumor segmentation, anatomic mapping features and usability and clinical efficiency enhancements. According to Vital, all of the new features are available in both standalone workstations and enterprise-enabled deployments.

Vitrea Enterprise Suite features a centralized volumetric data management solution, VIMS, which manages disparate advanced visualization systems to improve performance and ensure scalability and redundancy. The Vitrea Enterprise Suite also includes access to the companies certified support, education and integration and implementation consulting services.
