Philips unveils new ultrasound

Philips Healthcare has introduced iU22 xMatrix ultrasound system.

The system is designed with X6-1 PureWave xMatrix array transducer for thin-slice imaging and the new Live xPlane feature, which allows the creation of two full-resolution images simultaneously, according to Andover, Mass.-based Philips.
