Workflow-Based Staffing: Aug. 15, 4PM-5PM
Attendees will learn the step-by-step approach to gathering data, addressing staff and implementing a successful paradigm shift with their departments.

Creating a new paradigm for staff that adjusts schedules by day of the week and time of the day to the needs of the patients offers the opportunity to generate a workflow-based staffing system. Workflow-based staffing has led to improved turnaround times for all patient exams, leading to quicker patient diagnoses and decreasing the overall length of stay for inpatients.
