ScImage and Philips integrate ECG workflow into PACS

ScImage and Philips Healthcare have developed an integration option between ScImage’s PicomEnterprise PACS and the Philips PageWriter TC series cardiographs.

During the ECG acquisition process, modality worklists will be able to be transmitted directly from ScImage PACS to PageWriter TC cardiographs. After the procedure, the resulting ECGs will be available throughout the enterprise through a direct uploading into the ScImage PACS.

The relationship between Los Altos, Calif.-based ScImage and Andover, Mass.-based Philips Healthcare first originated with the integration of Philips’ QLab ultrasound software integrated within the ScImage PACS, the companies stated.
